For a Saturday event, you'd want them to arrive by Wednesday or Thursday to let them hydrate properly. I think they ship to arrive a few days before your event date.

Afaik, most of their bulk discounts apply automatically based on how much you're buying. You only usually need a code for specific promotions or new customer stuff.
